There are MUCH better collosal drunks and womanisers.

Dionysus, the fucking GOD of drinking and womanising would be a perfect example.

Oh right. It all sounds very soap-like like drama. I think I'd enjoy reading about that.

It might not have been you I said that to actually. A lot of Saturday and Sunday morning were blurs as to who I was talking to, and what I said. Bulging because I'd swapped 50 of notes for about 40's worth of lager and lots of shrapnel. Said shrapnel got placed in the wallet. Where it proceeded to dent my buttock after I slept on it.

Ahh yeah, if you'd actually done that tip...but I'd tried following it, and managed to cut 'em up alright, but the sewing bit had me stumped.

just get a sewing machine! all the manliest men have them. honest.

the stories in take a break are indeed soapy. they're amazing though.except at the moment they're following this woman who's having siamese twins, even though the doctors have told her they will die. is it just me, or is it totally wrong to force something into a few hours of intense pain and then let it die?

I think me maternal figure has one - I just have no knowledge on how it functions. Apparently she puts clothes with holes/seam breaks in, and they magically get fixed, but I tried to use it once, and nearly sewed myself to the sofa.

That sounds a bit wrong. But isn't there a limit on how long they can perform abortions before it causes harm to the mother. I remember having a conversation with Sam and Claire about what would happen if you had multiple kids who were simede'ised. Like Siames quadruplets. I suggested they'd be a bit like a paper chain, and they only way you'd squeeze them out is if they folded up like an accordion.

hmm, i've never actually thought about siamese quadruplets. i think you should write some kind of scientific article on that theory though. i think abortion is legal at any stage in the pregnancy if more than one doctor agrees the baby would be severely handicapped though. but i might be making that up.

Alas, I think it'd be too ground-breaking to be fully accepted by the scientific mainsteam. I got some very odd looks from those who weren't well-verse in the sciences when I was thinking it through aloud.

Yeah, I don't mean the effects on the baby, I just thought it could cause severe problems to would-be mother if they attempted to abort late. I dunno though. I might just have got confused.

but then people might think you were a genius after you died, and kids would learn about you in school. im sure i could just look up on google if siamese quadruplets even exist though.

But it'd depend on where they're connected...like, would they all be connected in the same spot, or would they each be connected on either side of their body, head, whatever?

I've not thought about it seriously enough. Like, what happens if four people are connected by one four inch spot on their heads?

well if they just shared skin they could be cut apart? but then if they shared skull and brain it might have to be bigger than four inches. to be honest though, i dont even have a science gcse so as far as im concerned anythings possible and its probably magic.

They'd go a bit rank left in the open though? That's why corpses are generally buried rather than hung out in the wind?

Serious? Ain't half of it multiple choice now? I got a C in Science, mainly by completely copying everything my mate Tragic did. He got a B, so I even cocked up at copying. I blame having two teachers who couldn't speak English, an affinity for getting people to sing iconic rock songs in a variety of silly voices, and fighting over who could make the biggest mess out of ruining each other's notes which ended with a lighter and the smoke alarm.

yeah seriously. can't remember if it was multiple choice, i just know i really dont get science or understand why stuff does stuff because stuff happens. science lessons are just for doing stuff like you just said. plus we had this creepy chemistry teacher who used to tell my friend what chemicals she was dressed like and stuff, plus when we were doing coursework he was just like "you're not going to do any work today megan, so here, have some paper and draw me a pretty picture". like i was special.

Haha! Was it genuine insight (if you'd actually been given the work, would you have done it), or just thought you actually are special?

What did you draw anyway?

I used to understand science until they started to use acronyms and symbols instead of normal words. Then I gave up and thought fucking about for three hours a week was a better way of preparing for my future. Seeing as I now fuck about for close to thirty hours a week, I'm of the mindset that the boy done good.

i dunno, i cant remember what the work was. i probably would have eventually. i wrote 'fuck you' in pretty handwriting with flowers growing round it and stuff. he couldnt even bollock me for it cos i'd have just told them he'd told me i wasnt allowed to do my coursework. he was a proper fucking wanker anyway, couple of years later he accidentally blew something up and burnt off his eyebrows.

making a career out of fucking about is pretty hardcore laziness. i'm impressed.
